阪神優勝！！えっ？阪神買収ぅ！？

ニッポン放送買収に始まる、フジテレビ攻防戦に参加。最近は大証の大株主になって怪気炎を吐いていた。”欽ちゃん”ファンドこと村上ファンドの村上世彰氏。
ついにあの禁断の企業の買収に動き始めた。



村上ファンド、阪神電鉄株２７％保有へ…球団に影響か
通産省ＯＢの村上世彰氏が率いるＭＡＣアセットマネジメント（村上ファンド）が、阪神電気鉄道と阪神百貨店の大株主となったことが２７日、財務省に提出された大量保有報告書で明らかになった。

　２２日時点で阪神電鉄株は１８・９８％（新株予約権付社債を含めると２６・６７％）、阪神百貨店株は１８・１９％を取得している。阪神電鉄の新株予約権付社債について、村上ファンドは３０日に株式へ転換すると通告しているという。

　阪神電鉄は１０月１日に、阪神百貨店株１株に対し阪神電鉄株１・８株を割り当てる株式交換によって、阪神百貨店を完全子会社化する予定で、阪神電鉄によると、報告書の持ち株比率が変わらなければ、村上ファンドは株式交換後の阪神電鉄株を２６・８２％保有する筆頭株主となる見込みだ。

阪神電鉄、阪神百貨店は阪神優勝の目途が立ったころからすでに爆上げを開始していたんだが、どうやら村上氏も一役買っていたらしいね。


阪神球団に対する影響力がどれほどのものかは分かんないけど、阪神ファンの皆さん喜んで下さい。

この手の方たちは株価含み益のあるうちにさっさと売っぱらっちゃうんで、面倒くさい球団運営なんか具体的に介入はしないでしょ。少なくともタイガースには旨みは無い。

追記
欽ちゃんの狙いはどうやら阪神電鉄所有の不動産らしいね。それをネタにして高値で株を買い取らせるか。まさにハゲタカ、ハイエナだ。

とりあえず、大阪、神戸周辺は歩けない。全国区で狙われるでしょうな。
例えば、ライブドアタイガースになっても、阪神ファンの総スカンを喰らうんじゃないかと思います。阪神は阪神じゃないと価値がないかと。

　今回の場合は「純粋なる投資」と言っているけれど、逆に言えば、そう説明しなければならないほどの人物って事ですね。

純粋な投資と聞けば聞くほどあやしく感じてしまいます。
株は売らないと利益が出ませんからどこかで売るんでしょうけどコレだけ大量の株は市場ではさばけないと思うし電鉄には買い戻す資金はないと思うのでやっぱり誰かに市場外で売るんじゃないかと思うと心配。

「純投資」とは言っているものの、実態はやはりファンドではあるので、個人投資家が追いかけた頃には売るのではないかなと予測しています。自分たちのファンドの認知度向上という観点では、阪神と言われればタイガースがあり知名度も高いので、彼にとってはいい投資対象だったのでしょうね。

今日映画を見ていました。
「Shonobi」けっこうおもしろかった。で、映画館から出てくると大騒ぎになっていました。
そうか優勝が決まったのか。ミナミの街はおまわりさんがいっぱいで、ヘリコプターも飛んでいて異常な熱気でした。そのままミナミの街にとどまるのは物騒なので、そそくさと帰宅しました（笑
